The company’s expansion—driven by the ever-growing demand from around the world, a testament to the quality of its projects—has made this step necessary. This challenge has been embraced with courage, serving as a springboard to pursue even greater goals.
Quality in Every Project
The new facilities, covering a total of 10,000 m², have been designed according to precise guidelines: functionality and employee well-being as the key drivers of sustainable productivity.
The 1,200 m² office space features large glass walls, a refined and minimalist style, and an abundance of natural light. Creating a pleasant working environment is a tangible way for Millennium Engineering to highlight that its people always make the difference.
At the heart of the company is the Technical Office—an open and collaborative space centered around a large table where designers can interact while still having their individual workstations, all equipped with cutting-edge technology.
From the reception area and the front office, a staircase leads to the first floor, where the personal offices of CEO Luca Priore and Dr. Patrizia Priore are located, along with a spacious meeting room.
The production areas, in turn, stand out for their brightness, spaciousness, and cleanliness—critical factors for employees working in different production processes.
Expanding the production area was essential to continue ensuring in-house testing of food processing machines for clients, especially given the increasing demand for large-scale systems.
A non-negotiable point for ME Food Solutions: all spiral systems and machines are tested and inspected at the company before being shipped to their final destination.

At the new ME Food Solutions headquarters, a fully automated laser cutting system is in operation, capable of running 24/7 without an operator. The machine autonomously retrieves materials from a 25-level warehouse where steel sheets are stored and processes them using computer-controlled systems.
Additionally, two robotic workstations ensure precision and consistency in welding the chain—the patented core element of all ME Food Solutions machines.
